JESUS HAS THE REST YOU NEED

Beloved, when we’re overwhelmed with too many responsibilities that we can’t change, yet we had sought for help but the more we do the more upset and disappointed we become. So, what then can we do to get everything done and not get frustrated in the process? Yet the simple answer is found in Christ Jesus, for He has the rest we need. Any wonder He would say in Matthew 11:28,
SCRIPTURE: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28 NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: When we come to Jesus with our troubles and challenges, He will give us rest. He’ll help us get through the commitments of life and help us arrange our lives for better. You see, the grace we need to scale though in this whole troublesome life is found in only Christ Jesus. It’s always there when we need it, all we need to do is to approach it. So, you might look at all you’re facing in life and feel overwhelmed, but if you’ll take even a few minutes to pray and invite God into your life, He’ll be there to help you, love you and guide you through everything you need to do (Psalm 145:18; Matthew 7:7. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: Until now and forever more, Jesus is still in the business of refreshing the weary soul and replenishing all who are weak (Jer 31:25).
RESPONSIBILITY: So, do well to come to Him and He will give you rest.
PRAYER: O LORD JESUS, I come to you with a heavy heart, please give me rest, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and pray for other intentions as the Spirit leads)
PROPHETIC WORD: Receive all round rest from God NOW, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
