Holy Interruptions (3)
Times Of Refreshing Daily Devotional
Date: Saturday, 7 February 2026
Topic: Holy Interruptions (3)
Focus: The Gift of Being Hidden
🔥Theme:
Not every disruption is an attack. Some interruptions are divine. This devotional series explores the moments when God steps into our routines, plans, and expectations—not to frustrate us, but to redirect us. These “holy interruptions” often come disguised as delays, detours, inconveniences, or unexpected changes. As you journey through this series, you’ll learn how to recognize God’s hand in interruptions, respond with faith instead of resistance, and discover purpose hidden in disruption.
📖 Key Verse: “In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.” — Proverbs 16:9
Devotional:
Being hidden often feels like being overlooked. The prayers seem quiet, progress feels slow, and recognition is absent. Yet in God’s hands, hidden seasons are not wasted seasons. Scripture shows that God often prepares people in private before using them in public. Moses spent years in the wilderness. David was anointed king but returned to the fields. Jesus lived quietly for thirty years before His ministry began. God hides what He values until it is ready.
📖 Scripture Reading:
- Colossians 3:3 — Your life is hidden with Christ
- Psalm 31:20 — Hidden in God’s presence
- Luke 2:51–52 — Jesus grows in wisdom and favor
💧 Refreshing for the Day:
So, beloved, hidden seasons protect you from premature exposure. They deepen character, strengthen faith, and align the heart with God’s will. What feels like delay is often divine preparation. If God has you hidden, He is working more deeply than you realize. Hidden seasons prepare you for visible purpose. Stay Refreshed!
✨ Note This:
🌱 What God hides, He is shaping.
🛡️ Responsibility:
Embrace your current season without comparing it to others.
🙏 Prayer:
Father, help me value the hidden seasons of my life. Teach me patience and trust as You shape me for what lies ahead. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
🔥 Prophetic Declaration:
I honor God’s hidden work in my life. I am being prepared, not delayed, and His timing is perfect. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
