GAINS OF BEING SPIRITUALLY SENSITIVE

As important as this matter is, we shall continue to look into other aspects of it. It has been recognized that one of the reasons why many Christians are still living in bondage, stagnated and are under the attack of demonic influence and wickedness, is owed to the fact that they are spiritually insensitive. But subsequently we saw how a person can be spiritually sensitive, and now we shall be looking at the gains of being spiritually sensitive and few consequences of not being same.
SCRIPTURE: Likewise, the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses… Romans 8:26a) NKJV
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Spiritual sensitivity takes discipline and diligence; it makes demand for virtues that are evidently absent in the life of many believers today.
Beloved, when we live sensitive to the leadings and directions of the Holy Spirit, we avoid many traps set for us by the enemy. Nothing shall happen to us by accident because God through the Holy Spirit will communicate and reveal it to us. When we’re sensitive in the spirit, we’re seated with Christ in Heavenly places (Eph 2:6), far above all principality and powers… (Eph 1:21). And by this, we’re indomitable and untouchable to every kingdom of darkness.
But when we’re not sensitive in the spirit, our lives and everything we owe—our business, relationships become easy prey to the devil. We become weakly and vulnerable in the spirit, gullible and unable to pray (Rom 8:26b). But then again, we’re counselled to be deliberate in prioritizing the things of the Spirit. Stay Lifted!

RESPONSIBILITY: Beware not to be so tuned to the realm of the flesh to the detriment of the realm of the spirit.
PRAYER: O LORD, decorate my life with your grace, and cause me to always be sensitive in the spirit, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD: May God adorn your life with every sense of responsibility to be spiritually sensitive, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
