It has been established that just as nature goes through seasons, so too does our life journey. And as a matter of fact, and necessity, if we must succeed in the quest of understanding the seasons of our purpose, we must develop a sustainable mindset and learn to cultivate adaptability. The apostle Paul understood this powerful life principle and he advised accordingly,
SCRIPTURE: “Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need.” – Philippians 4:11-12 (ESV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Beloved, life is dynamic, and the ability to adapt to new circumstances, new season is a valuable skill. And you must seek to possess it. You must learn to grow resilience in the face of challenges and be open to adjust your goals as needed. Please don’t stick on invalidated goals for the rest of your life trying to make them work. Understand that what may have been your purpose in one season may not necessarily be the same in another. Be willing to reassess and adapt your aspirations accordingly. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: No matter how much effort you put in reviving an undone purpose, it may never fit in the new season.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, we must at this point wise up, adapt and adjust our goals accordingly.
PRAYER: O LORD, help our lives. Please give us the grace to cultivate adaptability and grow resilience in our quest to understanding the seasons of our purpose in life, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: And as we do these, may the Lord help us to be open and develop a sustainable mindset, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
