It has been established that integrity is the foundation that a successful life is built on, and we also saw that lack of integrity is void of life. Now, we shall be looking at the prize of integrity. In Proverbs 2:7, the Scriptures says, “God is a shield to those who walk in integrity. He guards their path and watches after them”.
There are mistakes we could have made without knowing it, but because of our integrity God stepped in and closed the door. He kept us from the trouble, He’s guarding our path. Some of the temptation that we resisted, it wasn’t that we were so strong, wasn’t that we just decided to say no, that was God holding us back.
SCRIPTURE: For the LORD God is a sun and a shield; the LORD gives grace and glory; He withholds no good thing from those who walk with integrity. (Psalm 84:11) BSB
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: There is a version of God that can only be accessed to those who are genuinely honest.
Beloved, there is a blessing on your life that protects you, guards you, when you honor God and walk-in integrity. David talked about it in Psalm 91:12, “God keeps my foot from dashing against a stone. God will not let my enemies’ triumph over me”. When you walk in integrity God has a shield around you. He’s keeping fiery darts from hitting you, he’s pushing back darkness, he’s not letting the temptation overtake you, he’s closing doors that would be harmful to you. If you want to keep that shield up, keep your integrity, be trustworthy, be truthful, be a person of your word, let your ‘yes’ mean a yes and your ‘no’ mean a no. Stay Lifted.

PRAYER: O LORD, separate me from anything that make me not to walk in integrity, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD: As you walk in integrity, may God shield you from every malicious enemy, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
