Any time we try and fail, we learn something that can benefit us in the future if we won’t give up. There is no better way we could develop a goal, engage in it and accomplish it than being deliberate in our decision and resilient in action. Recall, we’re on a mission. We started the year with a set of resolutions, and we said resolutions are never a one-time affair. We don’t set resolutions and wait till the end to reap its dividends, we need to scout it, review it and reflect on its progression. So, now, let’s review and evaluate on our progress thus far.
SCRIPTURE: Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it? (Luke 14:28 NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: As we review and evaluate on our progress thus far, let us consider a certain principle to attempting life challenges and coming out real strong. “Don’t bury all your efforts in one pursuit, try doing something different. Be creative, don’t keep repeating the same things, even when you’re bored with them. For no matter how you see it, when you keep doing the same thing over and over again, you’d keep getting the same result each time. Change your game, change your mindset, try something new.
Indeed, the first tri-quarter of the year is gone, and another starts today, but you can make it right. So, I encourage you to know that your potential is not in the past, it’s very much in your future. Therefore, don’t give up in life! Even if you fall, stand up and try again. But this time, try some new approach to your challenges. Stay Refreshed and Happy New Month!

PRAYER: O LORD, I receive the grace to be rational in life. Open my eyes of understanding to viable alternatives to accomplishing my goals, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and pray for other intentions as the Spirit leads)
PROPHETIC WORD: May God be with you and protect you, even as you make efforts to remain relevant in life, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
