Focus: Stepping Forward in Faith
Faith is the bridge between where we are and where God is leading us. It is the confidence that God will fulfill His promises, even when we can’t see the full picture. Hebrews 11:1 reminds us that faith is not based on what we see but on who God is.
So, beloved, as you step into the new year, God calls you to walk by faith, not by sight. This means trusting Him with the unknown, believing in His goodness, and surrendering your fears to His control. Faith doesn’t eliminate uncertainty, but it shifts your focus from the problem to the promise. It allows you to step forward, knowing that the One who goes before you is faithful to fulfill His Word.
Scripture Reading:
Hebrews 11:1 – “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”
Refreshing for the Day:
Reflect on God’s faithfulness in your life and how He has kept His promises. Ask Him to strengthen your faith and to give you the boldness to step into the opportunities and challenges of the new year. Stay Refreshed!

Prayer:
O Lord, thank You for being faithful to every promise. Strengthen my faith and help me to walk forward in confidence, trusting You with every step of the new year. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

I declare that I walk by faith, trusting God to fulfill His promises and lead me into His plans. I step into the new year with confidence and hope in Him. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
