In the midst of life’s challenges and trials, it’s easy to feel broken, discouraged, and overwhelmed. We all go through seasons of pain, heartache, and uncertainty. But in those moments, we can find comfort and hope in the reassuring promise of Psalm 34:18,

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Life has a way of breaking us down, whether it’s through unexpected loss, shattered dreams, or the weight of daily struggles. It’s during these times that we may question our strength and wonder if we can ever be whole again. But the beauty of this scripture is that it reminds us that we don’t have to navigate life’s difficulties alone. The Lord is not distant, but He is near to us, especially in our times of need. So, beloved, I don’t know what is crushed and shattered in your life, but I know of a God who will never abandon you. No matter how broken your life may be, the Lord will pick you up and fix you back again. Alleluia! Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: Brokenness is not the end of your story. It is the beginning of a journey toward wholeness through the loving touch of our Heavenly Father.
RESPONSIBILITY: Trust that the Lord will fix you, not by patching you up, but by transforming you into a more beautiful and resilient version of yourself. Lean on His strength, seek His presence, and let His love mend your brokenness.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, we come before you today with a broken heart and a spirit that feels crushed. Help our lives, fix us, and give us the strength to persevere through this season of brokenness, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: As we come to God in prayer today, may we find hope and healing in His presence, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
