IF GOD DOES NOT HELP A MAN

It may be hard to believe, but the fact remains that we all live in a world where many things have fallen apart. Everyone is in dire need of one thing or another. That’s when you see people tendering and proffering solutions where it doesn’t exist. The world, and everything in it belongs to God (Psm. 24:1). This is true, and it means that whatever we seek, and would want to achieve and become comes from the Lord. Any wonder the Psalmist declares in Psalm 121:2 that “our help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and the earth”.
SCRIPTURE: And he said, “If the LORD does not help you, where can I find help for you?…” (2 Kings 6:27) NKJV
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Any help that does not come from the Lord is fake, and has expiring date. As seen in our anchor Scripture, reading all through from verse 24-33; we found there was a great famine in the land of Samaria, even the king could not help his subject. And by this, it goes a long way in strengthening the fact that “if God does not help a man, that man is helpless.
But there is ONLY one way to ameliorate this: it’s coming to terms with the full understanding and awareness that our help can only come from our Lord Jesus Christ. And whatever we seek in life must agree to this consciousness; which is subjecting every answer to our problems to the Word of God, as it surrounds around and finds its definition in Christ Jesus. Stay Lifted!

RESPONSIBILITY: In humility, ask God to help your life.
PRAYER: O LORD, help my life. I don’t want to be the same again, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
