FROM WILDERNESS TO THE PALACE BY THE ANOINTING

TIMES OF REFRESHING

Every major achievement and manifestation in life is a product of certain anointing. As we saw previously that the anointing of God catapults a man from the valley to the top. So, let us look at yet another product of anointing. The anointing locates a man, picks him up from his ugly situation and place him higher in the midst of plenty.

SCRIPTURE:

And Samuel asked him, “Are these all the sons you have?”“There is still the youngest,” Jesse replied, “but he is tending the sheep.” “Send for him,” Samuel replied. “For we will not sit down to eat until he arrives.” (1 Samuel 16:11) NLT

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY:

The anointing remembers the forgotten and lifts him into great abundance.

From our anchor scripture, it demonstrates the fact that, the anointing has the capacity to shift a person from his wasteland to the citadel. An important king-making event was going on in Jesse’s household. David was considered a minor and unqualified, and was left in the fields where he was tending the sheep. The anointing of God sought after him, located him, and he was anointed the king.

One of the striking features about the anointing is that, it is not a respecter of a person’s age, appearance nor height. It is God that anoints a man. He elects whom He anoints. He does not anoint one based on his physical appearance, rather He looks at our hearts, (1 Samuel 16:7).

Beloved, I don’t know where the world has relegated you. Are you rejected, abandoned and forsaken in life? Are you depressed, and downgraded at the background? Has life disconnected you, making you think that nothing good will come out of your life? I counsel you, Cheer up!

Just like David, he was forgotten and was left in the bush; but God’s anointing located him. May the anointing of God locate you now and change every ugly situation in your life! Stay Lifted!

NOTE THIS:

The anointing remembers the forgotten and lifts him into great abundance.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Be desperate for the anointing of God.

PRAYER:

O LORD, anoint my life. Bring me out of my wilderness and crown me in your glory, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)

PROPHETIC WORD:

I break every scheme placed to relegate you in life, and I call you into the midst of abundance now, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
