Knowing Christ is the best thing that would ever happen in the life of any believer. Knowing Him provides freedom from the control of sin, from satanic bondage and evil captivity. Every true freedom is found in Christ. In Him, we find lasting freedom on earth and eternal life.

 

SCRIPTURE:

So, if the Son sets you free, you are truly free, (John 8:36) NLT

 

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY:

Jesus is the source of freedom and the perfect standard of what is right.

 

He frees us from the continued slavery to sin, from self-deception, and from deception by satan. He shows us clearly the way to eternal life with God. We experience true freedom in Christ by knowing Him, walking in His ways, and engaging with the changes He makes in and through our lives as we focus on service to Him and to others.

 

Beloved, Jesus did not give us freedom to do what we want, but freedom to serve God and do what is right. As we seek to serve God, we’ll discover areas of your life that are out of sync with His will and we’ll begin to receive wisdom for living with greater love, strength and freedom in Christ. Stay Lifted!

 

NOTE THIS:

RESPONSIBILITY:

Accept Jesus today, make Him the Master over your life, and you shall experience freedom in every area of your life.

PRAYER:

O LORD JESUS, set me free from the control of sin and every satanic stronghold in my life, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)

 

PROPHETIC WORD:

I declare John 8:36 upon your life now, YOU ARE FREE INDEED! in the name of Jesus, Amen.
