Focus: Resting in God’s Shadow
Resting in God’s shadow means abiding so closely with God that His presence becomes our covering. His shadow represents His nearness, protection, and guidance. When we rest in God’s shadow, we are shielded from fear, anxiety, and harm. To rest in God is to trust Him completely, knowing that His presence goes before us and surrounds us.
Scripture Reading:
Psalm 121:5 – “The Lord watches over you—the Lord is your shade at your right hand.”
Refreshing for the Day:
So, beloved, today, intentionally practice resting in God’s presence. When challenges arise, remind yourself that you are under His shadow. Reflect at the end of the day on how this truth brought you comfort and peace. Stay Refreshed!
