TRUSTING GOD IS NOT AN OPTION

We get it wrong when we think that trusting God is a choice or preference. But the truth of the matter is trusting God is a necessity, and most of it a responsibility. Often when we think of trusting God, we think of trusting Him for the things we need or want. But that defies the intention of sincere relationship of trusting God. A true relationship of trust in God extends beyond trusting Him for something or for what we want, but it involves genuinely trusting Him with all our hearts.
SCRIPTURE: Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take. (Proverbs 3:5-6 NLT)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: God wants us to learn to trust Him beyond needs and wants. He wants us to know that He loves us, (Isaiah 43:1), and will always be with us even until the end of the time (Matt 28:20). And when we begin to trust in God with all our hearts, and not because of what we will get from Him, God will not only come in and make our paths straight, He will also manifest Himself in our lives (Psalm 37:5). Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: When we trust God totally and completely, even against seemingly impossible odds, He will cause us to experience unimaginably all-round success in our lives.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, beloved, what more can I say than this, learn to trust in God beyond needs and wants.
PRAYER: Oh Lord, give me the grace to genuinely trust You always, even as You make my paths straights, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: As you begin to trust in God without reservations, may He bless you and cause you to succeed in all sides of life, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
