DESIRE FOR GOD’S PRESENCE
TIMES OF REFRESHING

The inner most desire and greatest priority of every Christian should be to dwell in the presence of God all the days of their lives. Desiring for God’s presence is not just joining the holy masses or church services every Sunday. It is not only attending to weekly services, fellowships and communion services.
It is being hungry for God and desiring to be in His presence daily and every moment of our lives; savouring His goodness. Any wonder the psalmist said “A single day in God’s courts is better than a thousand anywhere else…” (Psalm 84:10)
SCRIPTURE:
O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water. (Psalm 63:1) NKJV
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY:
Nothing in this sinful world can satisfy the wants and desires of our immortal soul; than the presence of God.
In the presence of God;
1. Every mountain of sorrow, fear, and agony melt like wax, (Psalm 97:5)
2. Every darkness surrounding one’s life and destiny is eliminated.
3. Curses are broken and destinies are recovered.
4. Life’s obstacles and challenges are turned to blessings.
Beloved, if you are lonely and thirsty for something lasting in your life, run to the presence of God. God alone can satisfy our deepest longings; only if you can desire for His presence!
NOTE THIS:
Nothing in this sinful world can satisfy the wants and desires of our immortal soul; than the presence of God.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Seek His presence with all your heart.
PRAYER:
O LORD, may I hunger for your presence all the days of my life, in Jesus’ name Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD:
As you seek God, may you find Him. And may His presence never depart from you all the days of your life, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
