Devotional:
This journey began with a prayer. A burden. A need. A question. Like so many others, you came to God seeking an answer. You prayed. You waited. You hoped. You wrestled. You wondered. At times, it seemed as though heaven was silent. But while you were waiting for an answer… God was drawing you closer. He taught you to seek His face before His hand. He taught you to love the Giver more than the gift. He taught you that His presence could sustain you even when the answer had not yet arrived. And somewhere along the journey, something beautiful happened. Your greatest prayer changed. It was no longer, “Lord, give me what I want.” It became, “Lord, never let me lose You.” That is the highest place of spiritual maturity.

💧 Refreshing for the Day:
It is the place where David declared, “Whom have I in heaven but You? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides You.” (Psalm 73:25) It is the place where Paul counted everything else as loss compared with knowing Christ. It is the place where Moses valued God’s presence above the Promised Land. It is the place where Mary chose to sit at the feet of Jesus while others were occupied with many things. The answer you once desired may still come. And if it does, receive it with gratitude. But never allow the gift to become greater than the Giver. Because one day, every earthly blessing will pass away. Miracles will end. Material possessions will fade. Positions will change. Even this present life will give way to eternity. But one thing will remain forever.
Christ. He is the Answer behind every answer. Stay Refreshed!

Take time today to simply enjoy the presence of God. Don’t rush into requests. Read His Word slowly. Worship quietly. Sit before Him with a grateful heart. Let your greatest joy be that you belong to Him.
🙏 Prayer:
Father, thank You for this journey. Thank You for every prayer You answered and every season You asked me to wait. Most of all, thank You for giving me Yourself. Let nothing in this world become more precious to me than Your presence. Keep my heart close to You through every season of life. Whether I receive or wait, whether I rejoice or weep, may my greatest delight always be to know You more. You are my portion, my treasure, my joy, and my eternal reward. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Jesus Christ is my greatest treasure. His presence is my peace, His love is my security, and His fellowship is my reward. I will pursue Him above every blessing, trust Him above every answer, and delight in Him above every earthly desire. My life is hidden in Christ, and my heart has found its true home in Him. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
