The greatest weapon we need to draw the power of God and push back the spiritual darkness in other to see transformation come into our lives and destiny is prayer.
The power of God, contacted at the place of prayer, subdues the enemy and so you need it to subdue the enemy.
SCRIPTURE:
I prayed for this child, and the Lord has granted me what I asked of him. (1 Samuel 1:27) NIV
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY:
Prayer transforms a man and changes situations.
Many Christians are lazy and shy away from praying yet it is a channel for tapping into the power of God to bring desired change in their lives. (Philippians 4:6).
Hannah engaged the altar of prayer and the power of God destroyed barrenness in her life, every shame and reproach was rolled away (1 Samuel 1: 1-28). She went up yearly to Shiloh, but this particular year she engaged the altar of prayer and her situation changed.
THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT PRAYER
1. Prayer is not a program is a lifestyle. (1 Thess. 5:16-18)
2. Praying is not a choice for a Christian, it is a necessity.
3. Prayer gets you on the same frequency with God. (Rom 8:15)
4. Prayer is life. (1 Tim 2:1-14)
CONDITIONS TO PRAY
1. Don’t harbour envy, malice or jealousy while you pray. (1 Cor 3:3, Matt 5:23-24)
2. Always sanctify your altar of prayer. (Heb. 12:14)
3. Pray with a good and pure heart.
4. Pray with the right intention. (James 4:3)
NOTE THIS:

RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Build an altar of prayer TODAY, and
2. Make prayer your life style.
PRAYER:
Lord Jesus, set me free from every enchantment that distracts my prayer life, Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD:
I arrest every divination or enchantment working against your prayer life NOW! in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
