WHERE ARE THE INTERCESSORS? BIRTHING REVIVAL THROUGH TRAVAIL (7)

Times Of Refreshing Daily Devotional

Date: Tuesday, 13 May 2025

Focus: A Life That Will Not Be Silent

Message:

Revival has never come without a cry. Before the rain of the Spirit falls, there is always the cry of the intercessor—those hidden ones who carry the burden, weep between the porch and the altar, and refuse to be silent until Heaven touches Earth. Intercession is not soft—it is warfare. It is labor. It is travail. Zion could not bring forth until she travailed. Likewise, the Church cannot bring revival until she groans again.

This devotional series is a prophetic charge to rise as an intercessor in this generation. It is for watchmen, gatekeepers, and birthing vessels. It is for those who will cry until nations bow and prodigals return. So, beloved, this is your call to stand in the gap… until revival is born.

📖 Key Verse:

Isaiah 66:8 – “As soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.”

Devotional:

Intercession is not a moment—it’s a mantle. It’s not just a cry—it’s a calling. God is raising lives that will not be silent—people who pray when others panic, who weep when others sleep, and who cry out even when no one is watching. Beloved, you were never meant to pray for a season. You were called to stand until Heaven answers, until the prodigal returns, until the nation bows, until revival comes and the glory dwells again. Like Anna the prophetess (Luke 2:36–38), who stayed in the temple day and night, fasting and praying until she saw the Messiah—you are marked to pray until you see the promise.

📖 Scripture Reading:

Luke 2:37 – “…She never left the temple but worshiped night and day, fasting and praying.”
Isaiah 62:6 – “…They will never be silent day or night…”

💧 Refreshing for the Day:

So, your intercession is not noise—it’s your legacy. Your altar is not temporary—it’s your assignment. God doesn’t just want your prayers—He wants your life to be a cry. You are the answer to someone’s bondage. Your voice carries breakthrough. Your persistence carries fire. Let your life burn as a living altar—one that refuses to go silent until revival floods the earth. Stay Refreshed!

Note This:

The greatest intercession is not a prayer you pray, but a life you live surrendered.

🛡️ Responsibility:

  1. Dedicate yourself afresh to the lifestyle of intercession.
  2. Make a vow before God today: “I will not be silent until the fire falls.”

🙏 Prayer:

Lord, seal me with the fire of a watchman. Let my life be a cry, my altar a flame, and my legacy a trail of revival. I will not be silent. Use me until You come. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

🔥 Prophetic Declaration:

I am a voice in the spirit! I will not be silent! My life is intercession. My prayer is fire. And through me, revival will be birthed! Alleluia!
