Devotional:
One of the reasons God removes backup plans is to teach us daily dependence. Most of us prefer long-term guarantees. We want enough provision for the entire journey, enough answers for every question, and enough certainty for every season. But God often works differently. When Israel journeyed through the wilderness, God provided manna one day at a time. They could not store up enough for months ahead. Each morning, they had to trust Him again. Why? Because God was not just feeding them—He was teaching them.

💧 Refreshing for the Day:
Dependence grows when trust is exercised daily. Many times, God does not give us everything at once because He wants relationship, not merely reliance on a blessing. He wants us to seek Him continually rather than only when we need something. The removal of backup plans teaches us to look upward every day. Not for occasional help. But for continual fellowship. God often provides daily so that we learn daily dependence. Stay Refreshed!
