Too many of us feel wrong on the inside, there is a nagging feeling that’s always reminding us of who we’re, what we’re not, and how we don’t measure up. But the harsh reality is, how we see ourselves and how we feel about ourselves will have a tremendous impact on our life and on our destiny. Whatever image we create about ourselves and allow to play in our mind, could improve on or limit our growth and progress in life. Therefore, it becomes so necessary, we always examine what’s playing in our mind.

SCRIPTURE: Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. (Psalm 51:10 ESV)

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: But then whatever that plays in our mind has a direct connection to us. It’s either we created it, or we allowed it. It constantly plays like a recording. The problem with some of us is that our recording is negative. It contains some bunch of negative things people said to us in the time past, the mistakes we have made and stuffs like that. They have been on our mind for so long, polluting, corrupting, and contaminating our thoughts. So, when they play in our mind, they make us feel sour, angry, and miserable. Sometimes, we wonder what’s wrong with us. But there is good news for you beloved.

God has a very high opinion for you, and He wants you to feel the same way. Don’t go through life being against yourself. Be at peace with yourself. Pay close attention to what is playing in your mind and ask God for the grace to get rid of the negative things in your mind. Stay Refreshed!

NOTE THIS: The reason some people don’t get along with other people is they don’t get along with themselves. And until they review what’s playing in their mind and get rid of the negative things polluting their minds, they may live the rest of their lives scampering for peace of mind.

RESPONSIBILITY: Do not allow what is playing in your mind to dispossess you of your destiny. Prayerfully review your minds and thoughts.

PRAYER: O LORD, give me the grace to get rid of all the negative things polluting my mind, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and pray for other intentions as the Spirit leads)

PROPHETIC WORD: May God cleanse your mind and wipe away every negative thought in your mind, and give you peace, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
