TRUST GOD FOR WHAT YOU NEED (2)

So, it has been established that we can’t receive the new thing God wants to give us if we’re not willing to let go of the old. And that God wants us to live by faith, trusting Him for what we need. However, to encourage us in this regard, let us look at some practical tips to help us trust God for what we need in life. The Bible says,
SCRIPTURE: “Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.” (Isaiah 12:2 NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: So, beloved, if you’re stressing out because of an ongoing struggle in your life, you must learn to proclaim and declare your trust in God. Make it a daily experience. Simply pray and say, “Lord, I trust all my worries and discouragements into your care. Give me Your rest for my troubles.” Again, rather than getting angry and losing your temper over your situation, ask God to give you wisdom to deal with it. Trade in your frustration for His direction and trust that He will help you. And when you keep doing this, you’ll be surprised at what a difference it will make! Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: The Lord will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in Him (Isaiah 26:3).
RESPONSIBILITY: So, beloved, do not let anything keep you from proclaiming and declaring your trust in God.
PRAYER: O LORD, thank You for Your Word. Please cause Your trust to never depart from me, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
