You know they said, “Disappointment is the mother of frustration”, but it’s key to learn not to feel disappointed even in your hardest difficulty. The secret is ‘keep on moving’. No matter what life throws at you to stop you, shake it off and ‘keep on going’. Don’t look backward, don’t allow it to distract you. Any wonder, Jesus declared in Lk 9:62;
SCRIPTURE: “No one who puts his hand to the plow and then looks back is fit for the kingdom of God.” (Luke 9:62 BSB)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Beloved, in your quest to fulfil your destiny, the enemy could devise many ways to stop you. Difficulty, frustrations, delays, disappointments, and many others are amongst the terrible tools he would use to upset your plans. But I have good news for you, as long as you remained focused, minding your business, he will never get at you. This is how it works, whatever obstacle that comes your way to stop you, see it as an opportunity of God taking you to the next level in your life. It may tackle you to the ground, rise up, clean yourself and keep moving. Don’t engage in any confrontation, it’s also a tool for delay.
Recall when Jesus came out of the wilderness where he had stayed for 40 days preparing for his earthly ministry, the moment He was about to launch it fully, the devil came to him. But Jesus understood his empty styles of delay and to caused confusion in His plans, He said to him, “Get behind me”, and He moved on (Mt 4:1-11). So, you must learn to move on. It is not your responsibility to fix everything, just leave them to God. Your part is to keep moving forward, not looking back, focusing on your goals in life. And you will see God catapulting you to a greater level you have never imagined in your life. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: No matter what life throws at you to stop you, shake it off and ‘keep on going’.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, in your times of difficulty, stay focused. Keep above the distractions, don’t engage to prove your innocence, just move on in your life.
PRAYER: O LORD, help me never to be distracted in my times of difficulty, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and pray for other intentions as the Spirit leads)
PROPHETIC WORD: May God take away every difficulty in your life and give you peace, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
