STAYING OPEN TO NEW POSSIBILITIES

As Christians, we always pray to God and implore Him for the grace to lead a great life, and experience His glory on earth. Everyone wants to live a higher life of grace and exploits. Some would engage in some manner of spiritual exercises, submit to the teachings of faith and all that; but they are far from greatness. Reason be that they are not open to possibilities.

 

Staying open to new possibilities is disregarding what we think is the best for us and accept the willingness to move forward into what God is about to do. There are great possibilities and boundless dimensions of favour God is releasing to His people, and it is accessible to those who are open to His leading and directions.

 

SCRIPTURE:

The Israelites ate manna for forty years, until they came to a land that was settled; they ate manna until they reached the border of Canaan, (Exodus 16:35) NIV

 

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY:

Being stuck in life and it seems nothing is working is as a result of not staying open to new possibilities that God is proffering to you.

 

Let us look at it this way; you were doing very well in your business, career, or spiritual life before, and all of a sudden it seems as if everything stopped working. All you need to do is stay open to new possibilities.

 

From our anchor scripture, the people of Israel were in the desert on the way to the Promised Land God gave them manna to eat. It sustained them for a while but it wasn’t permanent provision. The manna stopped coming. They had to move forward. God gave them quail. They were excited. That fed them for a while but it too was temporary. God provided manner for them to sustain them at that stage in the desert, but immediately they entered the Promised Land, it stopped.

 

Beloved, my point is, you have to stay open to what God is doing now. What worked five years ago may not work today. If you’re going to be successful you have to be open to new possibilities. Stay Lifted!

 

NOTE THIS:

Being stuck in life and it seems nothing is working is as a result of not staying open to new possibilities that God is proffering to you.

 

RESPONSIBILITY:

Ask God to open your eyes to see the great things He has for you.

 

PRAYER:

O LORD, give me the grace to be open to new possibilities and your leadings, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)

 

PROPHETIC WORD:

May God cause you to stay open and relevant to new possibilities in your life, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
