STAY MOTIVATED
TIMES OF REFRESHING ONLINE DAILY DEVOTIONAL www.thefountspring.org
DATE: THURSDAY, 3 FEBRUARY 2022
It is human nature to always want things to happen in the short term or even at once. And when it seems like the things, we wished for are not coming so fast, we are worried. But I tell you the truth, great things don’t come so easily. So, if we must achieve great things, we need to be more persistent, focused and always motivated.
SCRIPTURE: Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. (1 Cor. 15:58) KJV
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Motivation triggers and instills in a person the undying desire and willingness to push on to success despite all the troubles and challenges he may encounter. It is the ability to remain floating on a course above distractions.
Beloved, you might have noticed that, often when we start something new, it comes with this initial enthusiasm and drive, but as time goes on, we begin to lose desire and interest about the thing. And if care is not taken, it would be stifled. But, when we stay focused and motivated; surely, we will overcome all. And so, the big question now is, how then do we continue to stay motivated until our goals are achieved? We will continue from there tomorrow, but till then, remain refreshed!
NOTE THIS: If we must achieve great things, we need to be more persistent, focused and always motivated.
RESPONSIBILITY: Be steadfast in all that you do, always find the reason to remain motivated until your goals are accomplished.
PRAYER: O LORD, give me the grace to keep on staying motivated despite the distractions that may come my way, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD: As you continue to stay motivated, may God cause you to achieve all your goals and dreams in 2022 and beyond, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
BIBLE TEXTS: 1 Cor. 15:58
