This might sound strange, but it’s true. It’s true that too many of us are confused and disordered when it comes to the gifts and anointing of God upon our lives. A thorough understanding of this matter will not only give us a clear guide to live, but will also provide a platform for us to thrive. Everything goes for us; as long as it’s worth doing, but that’s a wrong notion. For the Scripture says, “God has given to every person different gift, different talents and anointing, according to our own ability, (Rom 12:6 paraphrased).
SCRIPTURE: We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us… (Romans 12:6) NIV
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: No matter how well we package ourselves, sitting on another’s anointing, it’ll be a constant struggle, always like it’s difficult. The Scripture is very clear about this; every anointing, every gift has its own grace. If there’s anointing, but no corresponding grace, it would always be a struggle.
So Beloved, it’s important to know not only who you are, but to know who you’re not. If you don’t know this, you can spend your entire life trying to be something that you’re not. But here is the key; there’s anointing of God on your life, have you discovered it? If not, go to God in prayer and ask Him and He will reveal it to you. Every anointing is unique, everyone doesn’t get the same, but what God gave you is what you need to fulfil your destiny. Stay Lifted!
NOTE THIS: No matter how well we package ourselves, sitting on another’s anointing, it’ll be a constant struggle, always like it’s difficult.
RESPONSIBILITY: If there’s what you need so much to succeed in life, it’s the anointing of God. So, seek to have it revealed to you.
PRAYER: O LORD, make my anointing clear to me, and give me the grace to maximize it, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD: As the Scripture says in Proverbs 18:16, may your anointing and gifting make a way for you, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
