🔥 Message:
Before God launches you, He grounds you. This devotional series will help you embrace the beauty of spiritual formation, character development, and divine preparation. Like a tree, your destiny is determined by how deep your roots go. You were not made to wither under pressure — you were made to stand strong, grow tall, and bear lasting fruit. But first, you must be rooted.
📖 Key Verse:
“He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers.” – Psalm 1:3 (NIV)
Devotional:
One of the greatest dangers to your spiritual growth is living for the approval of people instead of the affirmation of God. When your identity is rooted in applause, you’ll constantly shift—doing, saying, and becoming whatever pleases the crowd. But when you’re rooted in who God says you are, you’ll stand firm—loved, chosen, and unshaken, even when no one claps. Jesus didn’t need man’s approval to validate His mission. At His baptism, the Father declared, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased”—before He ever performed a miracle. His identity was rooted in the Father, not in performance or popularity.

💧 Refreshing for the Day:
So, beloved, you don’t grow deep by impressing people. You grow deep by abiding in truth. Let your roots go down into who God says you are. You are accepted, redeemed, called, and complete in Christ. That’s your firm foundation. You don’t need applause to grow. You need roots in God’s truth about who you are. Stay Refreshed!

Lord, I lay down every need for human validation. Root me in Your love and truth. Let me live from identity, not for approval. I am who You say I am—nothing more, nothing less. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
