So, one other sure thing we must do for God to mold and transform us into a shining masterpiece is to surrender our lives to God (James 4:7). God is the potter and we’re the clay in His hands. Just as clay yields to the touch of the potter, so must we surrender ourselves to the molding and shaping of our Heavenly Potter. And in humility, we recognize that our plans and desires are mere nothing in comparison to God’s perfect will. Any wonder the prophet Isaiah wrote in Chapter 64:8; he said,
SCRIPTURE: But now, O LORD, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you are our potter; we are all the work of your hand. (Isaiah 64:8 ESV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: The truth is, God will never mis lead us. He knows what’s good for us. So, as we yield to His hands, let us surrender our lives, our dreams, and our aspirations to Him. And allow Him to transform us from the inside out, and mold us into vessels of His grace and love. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: When God transforms a man, He distinguished him and makes him a shining masterpiece.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, beloved, go to God in prayers. Surrender your life, your hopes, and your dreams into His loving hands. And ask Him to mold you, shape you, and transform you.
PRAYER: O LORD, I surrender my life, my hope, and my dreams into Your loving hands. Mold me, shape me, and transform me according to Your divine purpose, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: As you surrender your life to God, may He shape your life and transform you into a shining masterpiece, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
