LACK IS NOT YOUR DESTINY

TIMES OF REFRESHING ONLINE DAILY DEVOTIONAL www.thefountspring.org

DATE: SUNDAY, 5 DECEMBER 2021

It’s a colossal error, an oversize deceit from the pit of hell for a person to believe that lack is his destiny. Just because things are not working out according to your plan, your health fails you, friends and family disappoint you, your business is down, and you think, “maybe that’s how it’s destined to be”. No, it’s not true. You need to reject it now, change your mindset and know that lack is not your destiny.

SCRIPTURE: For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sake He became poor, so that you through His poverty might become rich. (2 Corinthians 8:6) NIV

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Beloved, when you’re tempted to get discouraged, turn it around and don’t allow it to take root in you. Believe strongly in the Word of God. That business that’s slow. It doesn’t look like it’s going to make it. Don’t worry, God knows how to bring you customers, new connections that will cause you to stand out. In your lack and disappointment, God knows how to turn things around and provides for you. One touch of his favor can change your life for good. So, keep believing, keep expecting and don’t get tired of doing what’s right. Stay Lifted!

NOTE THIS: You don’t conclude your destiny based on what’s happening around you now, for God has a bigger and better plan for your future.

RESPONSIBILITY: Keep praying, keep believing, keep expecting, but in all reject lack, for it’s not your destiny.

PRAYER: O LORD, give me the grace to rise above lack in my life, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)

PROPHETIC WORD: God is turning every lack in your life into favor, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!

BIBLE TEXTS: 2 Cor 8:6, Jer 29:11
