TIMES OF REFRESHING ONLINE DAILY DEVOTIONAL

Sometimes in life, we come to a point where we admit and acknowledged whatever comes our way and believed it’s being satisfied. We’ve prayed, fasted, and have decided to settle with it. You might have said, “This is not what I was believing for, but it’s close, I’ll manage it”. “I was hoping for that top management position, but since it didn’t work out, I’ll make do with this other job”. “He is not the man for me, since age isn’t on my side, I’ll have to settle with him”.
Not so fast, it’s suicidal. You don’t get tired of waiting on the promises of God upon your life. You have to keep stretching, keep believing for it, for surely it shall come pass.
SCRIPTURE: …it is not yet time for it to come true. But the time is coming quickly, and what I show you will come true. It may seem slow in coming, but wait for it; it will certainly take place, and it will not be delayed, (Habakkuk 2:3) GNT
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: You don’t have to substitute God’s promises and blessing to what is available.
Beloved, here’s my point: you may feel like your hands are tied, you’ve done your best, you’ve worked hard, you prayed, you believed but it seems like you’ve reached your limits, it’s never going to work out. The good news is God’s hands are not tied; He’s not limited by what’s limiting us. And I believe today every chains of delay are broken, and what’s restricted you in the past has lost its grip.
Now I counsel you, you may have some “making do with” in your life, but don’t stop there; don’t let the spirit of “it’s manageable” cause you to miss the real thing that’s coming. You have to keep stretching, keep believing for the fullness of what God promised. Stay Refreshed!
