IT’S TIME

TIMES OF REFRESHING ONLINE DAILY DEVOTIONAL

DATE: THURSDAY 18 FEBRUARY 2021

It’s time for the real believers to stand strong in our faith and believe in God and not just be Christians in the name. It’s time to stand up and demonstrate the power of God and relegate devil to the background. It’s time we stand strong in the Word of God. Look around, we are losing members of the church to the grips of wordily trends, illicit behaviour and voodoos. And we have been spectators for too long.

It’s time we stand strong and possess our possessions. It’s time for the church to preach the real message of the cross, stop romancing and fantasizing lies. It’s time to tell ourselves the truth. It’s time to say no to evil and shame the devil. We are too comfortable; we are too normal. We can’t have believers in the house and witches and wizards are messing up with people’s destiny. Enough is enough. It’s time to say who we are and take our place in destiny.

SCRIPTURE:

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong, (1 Corinthians 16:13) NIV

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY:

When a believer lacks the Word, he lacks power, value and worth.

In 1 Samuel 1:9-10, 2:1-10, Hannah stood strong in the Word of God, she prayed and God gave her Samuel. In Esther 4:48-58, 5:1-10, Esther stood strong in the Word, she charged a prayer and fasting in the land, and appeared before the king, God turned over the king’s decree. Where are the Hannah’s and Esther’s of our generation?

Beloved, we are too apologetical to life’s situations and circumstances. It’s time to take our seats in offices. It’s time to recover our lost destinies. It’s time we show devil the exit door of our families, and send the vagabond packing out of our relationships. Finally, I counsel you, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power, (Eph. 6:10). Stay Lifted.

NOTE THIS:

When a believer lacks the Word, he lacks power, value and worth.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Fear not, be courageous and stand strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

PRAYER:

O LORD, help my life. Give me the grace and the strength to redeem the time, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)

PROPHETIC WORD:

As you redeem the time, may God favor you and yours, in the name of Jesus, Amen.

BIBLE TEXTS: 1 Cor. 16:13, Esther 4 & 5, 1 Sam 1:9-10, 2:9-10, Eph. 6:10
