TIMES OF REFRESHING ONLINE DAILY DEVOTIONAL

DATE: SUNDAY 7 MARCH 2021

If everything keeps going along the way we want, we may never reach our potential. Sometimes we experience some gallops of some kinds. The gallop is not there to stop you, the gallop is there to move you. If you will keep the right mentality, the gallop will move you into greater influence. God uses the gallops to move us in position for a new level. So, when you are experiencing some gallops in your life, don’t worry, it’s serving a purpose.

Every major breakthrough in life has its accompanied gallops. And there are convinced levels of favor and dimensions of promotion that is attainable to only those who had experienced the gallop.

SCRIPTURE: And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them, (Romans 8:28) NLT

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Many of the challenges we go through in life may not necessarily be due to our wrong doings, they are divinely arranged for our lifting.

They are serving a purpose. Remember in Genesis 39, that at some point in Joseph’s stay in Potiphar’s house, he was comfortable. He could at least eat three square meals in a day, he was sleeping in a very nice and decent apartment. In fact, the scripture recorded that Joseph was successful, flourishing in everything he did, (vs 3).

Anyone in his position might think he has arrived. But in the midst of his comfort, a chaos was providentially stirred up through Potiphar’s wife, she lied against Joseph and set him up in order to punish him for refusing to sleep with her, and Joseph was thrown inside prison. He cried, wept and sobbed, but if only he knew that all those was serving a purpose.

Beloved just like Joseph, I don’t know the trouble you have for the sake of righteousness. You are prayerful and always careful, yet you are facing one form of challenge to another. I counsel you, don’t complain about the it, it’s serving a purpose, God is using it to thrust you where you couldn’t go without it. Be steadfast in Him, and stay Motivated!

NOTE THIS: Many of the challenges we go through in life may not necessarily be due to our wrong doings, they are divinely arranged for our lifting.

RESPONSIBILITY: In any situation you find yourself, always keep the right attitude of faith, and know that it’s serving a purpose.

PRAYER:  O LORD, give me the grace to always keep the right attitude of faith in life, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)

PROPHETIC WORD: May God give you favor for sorrow and bless you and yours abundantly, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
