HOW CAN I RECEIVE THE GIFT OF SALVATION?

It has been previously established that the greatest gift of all is the gift of salvation, given out of the greatest love of all by the greatest God of all, the almighty God. Now, how can we receive this greatest gift of all—the gift of salvation and eternal life?
SCRIPTURE: Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. (Revelation 3:20) ESV
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: If we genuinely trust in Jesus, we will be saved. However, many people mistakenly believe that salvation can be earned. But the truth is; salvation is not earned, but we can freely receive it as an undeserved gift from our Lord and Master Jesus, if we want it. It’s neither earned by our works of righteousness which we have done (Eph 2:8-9); but according to his mercy He saved us (Titus 3:5). Now, the big question is, how can we receive the gift of salvation?
The answer is in the word; the word brings salvation, and the word is close to us, it is in our mouth and in our heart. That is, the word of faith we are proclaiming, and it says, “that if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with your heart you believe and are justified, and with your mouth you confess and are saved.” (Romans 10:9-10).
Beloved, isn’t it interesting? That you just speak the word, and you are saved. What are you waiting for? Jesus Christ is knocking at the door of your soul, please don’t shut Him out, just let Him in. Welcome Him into your life. Trust in Him and experience the joy of salvation. Stay Lifted!
NOTE THIS: If we genuinely trust in Jesus, we will be saved.
