Topic: Hope That Does Not Disappoint (3)
Focus: Holding Hope When the Future Is Unclear
🔥Theme:
A new year often brings new expectations—and sometimes quiet fears. But God offers a kind of hope that is not fragile, uncertain, or temporary. This series focuses on building confident hope in God’s promises as the year unfolds. Through these devotionals, you will learn how to trust God beyond outcomes, hold onto hope during uncertainty, and walk forward with assurance that God will not fail you. This is hope that stands firm—because it is rooted in Him.
📖 Key Verse:
“And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit.” — Romans 5:5
Devotional:
A new year often brings unanswered questions. We may not know how situations will unfold or what lies ahead. Yet God does not ask us to see the future—He asks us to trust Him with it. Biblical hope does not require clarity. It rests in confidence that God is already in tomorrow. Romans 5:5 assures us that this hope will not disappoint because it is anchored in God’s love. Uncertainty does not cancel hope. Waiting does not weaken hope. God’s presence sustains hope.
📖 Scripture Reading:
- Proverbs 3:5–6 — Trust God with what you don’t understand
- Jeremiah 29:11 — God’s plans are good
- Hebrews 11:1 — Faith and hope walk together
