Honoring God with your life simply means keeping God first place in all you do in life. Prioritizing God more than anything in life. And when you honor God with your life and keep Him first place, God puts an indelible mark of favor on you. This mark of favor is like a pull. It pulls breakthroughs, the right people, contracts, business ideas, resources, influence.
SCRIPTURE: And if you faithfully obey the voice of the Lord your God, being careful to do all His commandments… the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth. (Deut. 28:1) ESV
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: When you honor God with your life, He envelopes you with His favor, and causes His blessings to overtake you.
You don’t have to go after things, trying to make it happen in your own strength. All you’ve got to do is keep honoring God, the right opportunities will come across your path. In verse 2 of Deuteronomy 28, the Scripture categorically says “if you obey the voice of the Lord your God, and all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you”.
Beloved, in the same way, when you keep God first place, God will send blessings that chase you down, and favor that overtakes you. Out of nowhere, breakthrough happens, your health improves, the right person comes. I mean, that’s not being lucky, but rather it’s the dividend of honoring God with your life. Stay Lifted!

RESPONSIBILITY: Don’t just honor God for what you’ll get from Him, honor Him for Who He Is.
PRAYER: O LORD, give me the grace to honor You in my life, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD: As you honor God with your life, May He favor you and cause His blessings to overtake you, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
