GET READY FOR ABUNDANCE (3)

So, having established that God’s promises of abundance are for everyone, but its manifestations and expressions are for only those who are ready. Therefore, to rightly dissect this principle, one sure way we could get ready for abundance is to seek for it. However, there is need we give the proper definition of ‘seek’ in this matter. For abundance does not come by itself; it comes from God.
SCRIPTURE: And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. (2 Cor 9:8 NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Now, think of the air, you can’t see it, but you can feel it. You don’t know where it’s coming from and where it’s going to. So, this makes chasing after it and catching it so difficult. But when the air is filled in the container or a cylinder, you can have a ton of it. So, it is abundance. Abundance is like the air, you can’t see it, but you can feel and express it. Chasing after it could be so frustrating and a waste of time and destiny. However, God is the container of abundance, He is the source and dispenser of abundance, when you seek for God, you will have abundance in tons.
So, the key to being ready is, don’t seek for what God can give, rather sincerely seek for God and you will get what He has (Matt 6:33). Stay Refreshed!

PRAYER: O LORD, draw me closer to you and manifest me in abundance, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and pray for other intentions as the Spirit leads)
PROPHETIC WORD: As you seek God, may you find Him and may He manifest you in abundance, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
