Focus: Speaking Truth in Love
Jesus always spoke truth, but He did so with love. He corrected, encouraged, and uplifted others with words full of grace and truth. Following in Christ’s steps means speaking the truth, but doing so with love and kindness. Our words have the power to heal, encourage, and bring people closer to God.
Scripture Reading: “Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.” — Ephesians 4:15
Refreshing for the Day: So, beloved. today, be mindful of your words. Speak truth, but do so with kindness and love. Whether it’s in your conversations with friends, family, or strangers, let your words reflect Christ’s love. By the end of the day, reflect on how your words impacted those around you. Stay Refreshed!
Note This: Truth without love is harsh, but love without truth is empty. Follow Christ’s example of speaking truth in love.

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, help me to speak the truth with love, just as You did. Let my words reflect Your kindness and grace. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
