We’re all happy when our visions and aspirations are met. But sometimes, when they are deferred, we tend to cut corners. God’s promises to us and His purpose for our lives are great and unique. And the summary of all we do in life is aimed at fulfilling the purpose. We don’t try to short-change it or settle for less simply because it’s not forth coming. If the purpose is not yours, it can never be it.

When God laid out the plan for your life, he carefully studied it, He thought about what you would need and what it would take to get you there, then he matched you with your world. He gave you all you would need to succeed in life. That you don’t have what you are looking for now, doesn’t mean you won’t have them. All you need to do is continue to push and it will surely be accomplished. Don’t settle for less.

SCRIPTURE:

Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which does not satisfy? …(Isaiah 55:2) ESV

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY:

Don’t live to impress others, live to make a mark.

Don’t let inferiority complex pin you down. Don’t desire to be like someone else for you to fulfil your destiny. Just be yourself. Your friend is tall and you are not, don’t allow that to discount you. You are unique and the very best version of you. You don’t need what people have to thrive; if you needed it, God would have given it to you. You only need to be whom you were created to be.

You are God’s favorite, He has crowned you with His favor and you’re not lacking anything. You have everything you need to fulfill your destiny. So, don’t settle for less, keep the bit high. Stay Lifted!

Discover your purpose in life and boldly own it. Don’t settle for less.

PRAYER:

O LORD, give me the grace to remain on course to fulfil purpose. Cause me not to settle for anything less, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)

Receive the unwavering grace to be steadfast in life pursuits, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
