Beloved, the greatest thing that would ever happen to you in life is when you have sought the Lord with all your heart, and you begin to delight yourself in Him. I can tell you from experience that when you delight yourself in the Lord, He does not only fill your life with incredible peace, joy and satisfaction, but He also gives you the desires of your heart (Ps 37:4).
SCRIPTURE: Delight yourself in the LORD, And He will give you the desires and petitions of your heart. (Psalm 37:4 AMP)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Delighting yourself in the Lord is not just a mere wish, but it is realistic, placing your focus on God. It is about growing a strong relationship with God and having and sustaining a greater understanding of His righteousness. So, this is how it works; when we delight ourselves in the Lord, we not only begin to experience His supernatural satisfaction and fulfillment, but He even causes our desires to be in line with His plan and what’s best for our lives.
So, I encourage you to make a decision today, delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart. Stay Refreshed!
