“You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; and light will shine on your ways.” This is not about wishful thinking—it is about speaking God’s Word with faith and authority. Declarations silence the enemy, break barriers, and call forth what God has already written concerning you. Devotional:
God has already written your destiny, but it must be established through faith-filled decrees. Heaven has a record of your future, but your words bring it into manifestation on earth. Job 22:28 declares: “You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; and light will shine on your ways.” To decree means to legislate, to issue an unshakable word that carries authority. As kings and priests in Christ (Revelation 1:6), you are not called to live as victims of circumstance but as co-rulers with Jesus, enforcing His will over your life.
