So, beloved, the promise that follows the call to awake and arise is one of hope and transformation: “Christ shall give thee light.” As we turn our hearts towards Him, as we choose to embrace His call to a renewed and awakened life, He floods our hearts and minds with the light of His truth. In His light, we see the path before us with clarity; His Word guides our steps and dispels the shadows of doubt and confusion.

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: When we heed the call to awake and rise, Christ’s light becomes our guiding star. Just as the sun’s rays illuminate the path before us, Christ’s light illuminates our hearts and minds, revealing His truth, love, and purpose. His light exposes hidden corners of our souls, dispelling darkness, and revealing the beauty of His presence. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: As you rise from spiritual slumber, remember that this is an ongoing process. Each day presents an opportunity to stay awake, to seek God’s presence, and to let His light shine through your life.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, today, may you respond to this call to awaken with a heart open to God’s transforming work in your life.
PRAYER: O LORD, I thank You for the call to awaken from spiritual slumber. Give me the grace to rise from the deadness of my old self and embrace the fullness of life in Christ, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: As you rise and awakened to this call, may the light of God shine upon you, and may you walk boldly and purposefully in life, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
