LOVE YOURSELF FOR WHO YOU ARE

Beloved, do you love yourself? Do you know it’s God’s will for you to love yourself? He desires for you to love yourself for who you are—your personality, your talent, even your mistakes and unrestrained behavior? You see, one of the ways the enemy attacks the people of God is to cause them to hate themselves. And they will begin to live sour and bitter. They are always furious and angry at any slightest provocation. But these are the plans and the lies of the enemy. So, we say enough is enough for them. We won’t let the enemy plays on our insecurities anymore. It’s time we debunk these empty lies and stand for the truth in the Word of God and begin to declare them over our lives. The Psalmist understood this, and he declared in Psalms 139:14,
SCRIPTURE: Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. (Psalms 139:14 NLT)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: So, beloved, how you see yourself and feel about yourself are incredibly important in life. It can help you or hamper you, it can improve you or impede you. Now that you’ve known this, love yourself for who you are. Be proud of yourself, and don’t let mediocrity catch up with you. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: You’re created to be you. You will never be as good as others, but you can only be as good as yourself.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, love yourself for who you are, and learn to purposely meditate on the good things about yourself.
PRAYER: Oh Lord, thank You for creating me the way I am, please cause me to love myself for who I am, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: Receive the grace to see the reasons why you should love yourself and give thanks to God, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
