Consequently, beloved, the next step to help us navigate our fears and eventually overcome them is by praying in faith. God is our trusted, dependable, and ever reliable friend in need. So, bring your fears to Him in prayer. Pour out and empty your heart to Him, with faith that He hears and cares. Be intentional, seek His guidance and peace as you lay your anxieties before Him.

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: As you pray, turn to the Scriptures; meditate on, and immerse yourself in the Word of God (Psalm 119:105). Scripture is a source of strength and comfort, offering guidance and reassurance in times of fear. Trust in God’s promises, and always remember that God is with you through every trial and tribulation. And His promises are your refuge in times of distress (Isaiah 41:10). Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: In times of fear, trial and tribulations, God is with you through them, and He will deliver you.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, release your fears and burdens to God. He will sustain and strengthen you through them.
PRAYER: O GOD, thank You for being our present help and refuge in times of trouble. Give us the courage to face and overcome our fears, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: As we pray in faith, pouring out our heart to God, may the Lord hear our prayers and give us the grace to overcome our fears, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
