Beyond requests, prayer is about cultivating a deep, intimate relationship with God. It’s a two-way conversation where we speak to God, but also take time to listen to His voice. Prayer has the transformative power to change circumstances, even the course of our lives. It is a powerful tool that brings about God’s intervention in both the seen and unseen realms.
SCRIPTURE: “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.” — Matthew 7:7-8 (ESV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: In times of weakness, prayer becomes a source of strength. It’s a refuge where we find comfort, peace, and the assurance that we are not alone in our struggles. So, beloved, as you embark on the journey of discerning your mandate, take time to pray always. Pour your hearts to God, lay your dreams to Him, and trust He will reveal to you the path to your purpose and mandate on earth. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: Prayer is not limited to specific times; it is a continual conversation with God throughout our day and the acknowledgment of His presence in every moment of our lives.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, let’s continue to ask God for the grace to pray always.
PRAYER: O LORD, give us the grace to pray always, even as we trust that You are faithful to guide us in the fulfillment of the mandate You have given us, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: May our lives be a living testimony to the power of prayer in discerning and walking in God’s divine purpose, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
