Successively, the concept of understanding and navigating the seasons of purpose would not be complete without looking at the idea of “seeking support and guidance.” You see, transitions can be challenging, and seeking support from friends, family, mentors, or professionals can be invaluable. This requires humility and a recognition that there is always room for improvement. It involves sharing our thoughts and concerns with those we trust and seek guidance when needed. Little wonder, the Bible says in Proverbs 11:14,
SCRIPTURE: “For lack of guidance a nation falls, but victory is won through many advisers.” — Proverbs 11:14 (NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: So, beloved, this is the way to go about it. Surround yourself with a supportive community that understands the evolving nature of life’s seasons (Prov. 19:20). Be open to constructive criticism and advice; and use it to inform your expectations in a way that is both ambitious and grounded in reality. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: Recognize that seeking guidance is not a sign of weakness but a demonstration of strength and a commitment to becoming the best version of yourself.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, we should embrace the practice as a lifelong commitment to growth and improvement.
PRAYER: O LORD, as we seek to understand and navigate the seasons of our purpose in my life, teach us to seek support and guidance when needed, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: And may the Lord continue to guide and support us, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
