We will continue to dig deep into understanding the secrets to experiencing God’s amazing life. One of those secrets is obedience. You see beloved, obedience is a very vital and powerful key to entering into abundant life in Christ. Obedience to God’s laws and instructions guarantees sweetness in life. There are many hidden treasures awaiting a man who walks in obedience. The bible says of such a man in Psalm 1:3, that he is,
SCRIPTURE: …like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. (Psalms 1:3 ESV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Walking in disobedience guarantees misery in life. It is a sure way to miss out on the amazing life found in Christ. This is why it is expedient for every believer to seek the help of the Holy Spirit to constantly walk in obedience, to obey God’s voice, one instruction at a time. Each time we choose to obey God’s voice, the beautiful promises stored up for us in Scripture is released. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: Obedience to God’s precepts is a sure way to enter into abundant life in Christ.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, beloved, seek the help of The Holy Spirit to continuously walk in obedience and not falter.
PRAYER: O Sweet Holy Spirit, please help me to choose the way of obedience that I may live in fulfilment of God’s promises in my life, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: As you choose obedience daily, may you be like a tree planted by the river side and may your ways be ever prosperous, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
