So, beloved, if there’s a prayer point you need so much in life, it’s “Oh Lord, intercede for me!” Because when the Lord intercedes for us, obstacles and difficulties become stepping-stones. Those difficult challenges that seem insurmountable, problems that make us question our abilities, and trials that threaten to overwhelm us. God will turn them all to our favor and bless us. What once caused us pain and misery would become a testimony of God’s faithfulness. Alleluia! And the Lord says in Isaiah 43:2,
SCRIPTURE: “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” — Isaiah 43:2 (NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: So, when the Lord intercedes for us, afflictions are turned to gains and what was meant to hinder us will push us into greatness. The troubles we face become opportunities to trust God more deeply, to lean on His wisdom, and to witness His miraculous work. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: When the Lord intercedes for us, even in the furnace of adversity, we’re refined. Just as gold is refined by fire, we are refined in the furnace of adversity. God uses obstacles to mold us into vessels that reflect His glory.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, beloved, in your challenges and difficulties, keep on trusting in the Lord. Believe in His transformative power, and with Him by your side, you will overcome.
PRAYER: O LORD, I trust and believe in You. Please intercede for me and my family and turn all our afflictions to testimonies of Your faithfulness, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: And through the powerful intercession of the Lord, may the Lord hear you and answer you when you call, and turn your shames to gains, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
