Our perception of life is formed by the lens we wear. The kind of lens we wear determines what we see. How clear or blurry the vision is, tells more of the lens we wear. The clearer the lens the farther we can see. But the kind of lens we wear is totally dependent on the choice we make.
SCRIPTURE: Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses… Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live! (Deuteronomy 30:19) NLT
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Beloved the truth is, everyone wears a lens of some kind. The one you wear will make all the difference in your life. Jesus Christ offers us a lens through which we view life (John 8:12). I call it ‘the lens of life’. It is a lens that is always available to guide us through times of darkness. It helps to fix our spiritual vision and how we see things in life. But again, we have to choose to look through it. Stay Lifted!
NOTE THIS: Our life is a reflection of the kind of lens we look through and perspective we hold about it.
RESPONSIBILITY: The lens of life is your birthright in Christ Jesus, but until you make demands for it, you may never have it.
PRAYER: O LORD, help me that I may see. Give me access to this lens of life, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)
PROPHETIC WORD: May God cause you to see through the lens of life, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
