Yet again, surrendering to God’s divine plan enhances spiritual discernment and eliminates trials and errors in life. Yes, this is so true. It fine-tunes our sensitivity to God’s voice. When we submit our plans and all we do to God, we gain a clearer understanding of our identity and purpose. We develop a discerning spirit that can distinguish between God’s leading and the deceptive whispers of the enemy.
SCRIPTURE: “Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.” — Psalm 25:4-5 (NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: Surrendering cultivates a deep sense of contentment. We are not troubled nor been pressured by the negative things that are happening around us. We find deep sense of satisfaction in knowing that we are walking in step with God’s plan, and fulfilling the purpose He has ordained for us. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: Surrender brings a profound peace that transcends circumstances. It’s not the absence of challenges but the assurance that God is in control despite the challenges.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, in our places of prayer, let us continually ask God the grace for total surrender.
PRAYER: Oh, LORD, thank You for Your renewing Word and counsels to us about this matter– surrender. Please give us the grace for total surrender. And as we surrender, may we experience a deep sense of contentment and satisfaction in You. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen!
PROPHETIC WORD: As we surrender our plans and goal to God, may we gain a clearer understanding of our identity and purpose in life, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
