However, the truth of the matter is, standing firm does not mean we won’t feel the impact of the storm or that we won’t face moments of doubt or fear. Instead, it means choosing to remain steadfast in our trust in God, even when everything around us seems uncertain. It means holding onto hope when the clouds of despair gather, knowing that our God is greater than any storm we may face.
SCRIPTURE: “The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him.” — Nahum 1:7 (NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: So, let us stand firm in the storms, rooted deeply in faith, anchored in hope, and sustained by the love of God. And as we do, may we bear witness to His faithfulness, His strength made perfect in our weakness, and His peace that surpasses all understanding. For He is the one who calms the storms, steadies our hearts, and guides us safely to the shores of His eternal love. Amen. Stay Refreshed!
