It’s one thing to understand and yield to certain principles and ways of living that’s so important to the life of any believer, and it’s another to keep them in practice to produce maximum results therein. If it is so, why do too many believers’ express laxity and nonchalant to such realities? So, today, we shall be looking at the reality of ‘speaking to your day’. It’s a risk to enter the day that you have not spoken to. The Scripture is so clear about this matter when God challenged Job to command his morning. He said to him in Job 38:12-13,
SCRIPTURE: “Have you ever given orders to the morning, or shown the dawn its place, that it might take the earth by the edges and shake the wicked out of it?” (Job 38:12-13 NIV)
REFRESHING FOR THE DAY: The day begins with the morning through the dawn to the dusk, and the activities of each day are settled early in the morning. Every day, just like other days come void, until we speak to it and assigned responsibilities to it. And whatever we would say to it, according to the Word of God in Numbers 14:28, it would hold it. Also know it beloved, the enemy of the destiny of the children of God is aware of this reality and would go ahead to project evil in the day (John 10:10). And that’s the more reason why believers should be on the alert always, wake up early and speak to their days (Psm 63:1), commanding their morning before the enemy filtrate evil in it. Stay Refreshed!
NOTE THIS: The days are evil, so it’s a risk to enter the day that you have not spoken to.
RESPONSIBILITY: So, learn to wake up early and command your morning, speak to your day. Do not leave your home in the morning without prophesying into your day.
PRAYER: O LORD, thank You for Your Word today. Cause me to always speak to my day, in Jesus’ name, Amen! (Go ahead and pray for other intentions as the Spirit leads)
PROPHETIC WORD: As you learn to speak to your day, may the Lord, cause every evil projection against your day to expire, in the name of Jesus’ Amen!
