Every of man’s pursuits, quests and sincere desire to discover his purpose on earth, and unaffectedly fulfil it can only be attainable when he sets his heart on God. Setting our heart on God entails giving our all to Him. Submitting to Him our joys, hopes, sorrows and all; depending on His great strength and power to succeed. It is coming to the awareness that we are nothing without God.

 

SCRIPTURE:

Now set your heart and your soul to seek the LORD your God…(1 Chronicles 22:19a) KJV

 

REFRESHING FOR THE DAY:

True satisfaction and great fulfilment in life and eternity is found when we set our heart on God.

 

Troubles are increased by our determination to trust earthly sources as our basis for confidence and security. The more compelling you seek gratification from life, the more confused and unfulfilled you become.

 

Few incredible things that happen when you set your heart on God;

 

1.    You find peace and rest on every side, (Job 11:18, Phil. 4:6).

2.    You experience the love and awesomeness of God, (Job 11:17, Rom 5:8).

3.    You find true happiness and desires of your heart, (Psalm 37:4).

4.    You are blessed and also become a blessing to many. (Job 11:18-19).

 

Beloved, when we set our heart on God, we receive celestial protection and divine inoculation against every satanic virus and attacks. Let us make it a point of responsibility to always set our heart on God. Stay Lifted!

 

NOTE THIS:

True satisfaction and great fulfilment in life and eternity is found when we set our heart on God.

 

RESPONSIBILITY:

The more you set your heart on God, the more blessed you are. 

 

PRAYER:

O LORD, I make demand from heaven the grace to continually set my heart on YOU, in the name of Jesus’ Amen! (Go ahead and continue to pray)

 

PROPHETIC WORD:

As you set your heart on God, May He bless and protect you and yours, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
